OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 on the premise that we provide jobs across the Nation served the State of California as an award winning provider of Human Capital Resource Management Services. A Women & Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), we strive to fulfill our "corporate and community" goals of creating jobs in the inner city. Our SDB certification supports our goal to provide services to the government at all levels, bringing our vast expertise gained in the private sector to the government. As a Prime Vendor representing global clients, we have established a national footprint, expanding beyond California to include Texas, Georgia and New Jersey.

Over the past two years we have focused primarily on providing our clients staff augmentation services. In the past 24 months, OUTSOURCE has rolled out a new and innovative solutions practice in the critical areas of call center, program/project management, and technical support, blending our traditional staff augmentation services with a project solutions model to provide our clients with a total Information Technology solution.
